Sugar-Free Stir Fry Sauce

This quick and easy stir fry sauce will make meal prepping a breeze. Pair it with chicken, tofu, shrimp, vegetables, etc. to complete your new favorite healthy meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 T soy sauce
  • 2 T vegetable or canola oil
  • 2 T sugar-free honey linked below
  • 2 T sugar-free brown sugar linked below
  • 1 T gochujang
  • 1 T ginger paste or fresh ginger or ½ t to 1 t ginger powder
  • ¼ t black pepper
  • 1 splash lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a saucepan and heat over low/medium heat.
  • Bring it to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes, or until it starts to reduce.

Notes

 - If you're making this sauce to keep in your fridge, make sure to shake it well every time before you use it. The ingredients tend to separate!
