Sugar-Free Stir Fry Sauce

This sauce doesn’t even need an explanation. There’s less than 10 ingredients and takes only 5-10 minutes to make. I’ll always make one batch and keep it in my fridge to use throughout the week, making this one of the easiest and tastiest things to meal prep, ever! The Asian flavors in this sauce make it the perfect compliment to chicken, tofu, shrimp, etc. Oh, and did I mention it’s vegan?! Don’t walk, run to the store to get everything you need to make your new favorite stir fry sauce.

Sugar-Free Stir Fry Sauce

This quick and easy stir fry sauce will make meal prepping a breeze. Pair it with chicken, tofu, shrimp, vegetables, etc. to complete your new favorite healthy meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 T soy sauce
  • 2 T vegetable or canola oil
  • 2 T sugar-free honey linked below
  • 2 T sugar-free brown sugar linked below
  • 1 T gochujang
  • 1 T ginger paste or fresh ginger or ½ t to 1 t ginger powder
  • ¼ t black pepper
  • 1 splash lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a saucepan and heat over low/medium heat.
  • Bring it to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes, or until it starts to reduce.

Notes

 – If you’re making this sauce to keep in your fridge, make sure to shake it well every time before you use it. The ingredients tend to separate!
