A hearty Summer appetizer that's quick, easy, and so damn tasty.
Servings 12 sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 t pepper
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 2 t onion powder
  • 12 pack Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • sliced cheddar cheese
  • 1 T butter melted
  • 1 T sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Press the meat mixture flat into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Drain the liquid from the baking dish and set the beef aside on a dish.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, creating a top and bottom bun layer.
  • Place the bottom layer in the baking dish you used to cook the meat. Place the cooked beef on top of that. Add the sliced cheese on top of that and then top it off with the top layer of the Hawaiian rolls.
  • Brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Slice and serve.
