Healthy Korean Chicken Bowl

In 2023, just like everyone else, I’m working on eating better. But, another one of my goals is to be more mindful of my general wellness. One thing that encompasses is having better time management, and having better time management means not spending hours in the kitchen. 30-minute meals are perfect because you can’t convince yourself that “DoorDash will be quicker” because we’re lying to ourselves. It isn’t. This bowl is healthy, gluten-free, and sugar-free, and can be made low-carb if you substitute cauliflower rice with brown rice. You do you. Would love to hear more about how you’re achieving your goals in the new year. I could use all of the help I can get.
