Sugar-Free Low Carb Caramel Apple Brie Grilled Cheese

A healthy, fall grilled cheese. Serve with soup, back it for lunch, give it to someone you love.

Servings 1 grilled cheese
- 2 slices low-carb bread I use Aunt Millie's!
- 1 apple
- 1 brie wheel
Sugar-Free Caramel
- 1 ½ T butter
- 1 T heavy cream
- 1 T sugar-free brown sugar Truvia or Splenda brown sugar blend is my favorite to use for this!
Sandwich
Slice your apples thinly.
Remove the rind from your brie wheel and slice it into strips.
Spread some caramel sauce on each half of the bread.
Add a layer of brie, a layer of apples, and another layer of brie.
Heat it on a pan for about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden.
Enjoy!
