Sugar-Free Chocolate Covered Fruit

Chocolate-covered fruit with chocolate that's low-calorie and sugar-free. Need I say more?

- your fruit of choice
- ½ cup sugar-free chocolate I use Lily's
In a double boiler, add the chocolate and coconut oil. Continously whisk until everything is melted together.
Dip your fruit into the melted chocolate.
Let them set in your refridegerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
