Savory Monkey Bread

The bread that has something for everyone. I'll give the recipe for all of my favorite flavors below, but feel free to make it your own!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 10 count premade biscuits
  • ½ stick butter
  • non-stick cooking spray

Garlic Parmesan

  • 5-6 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 T parmesan cheese
  • 2 T olive oil
  • ½ t italian season

Rosemary Sea Salt

  • 1 T rosemary
  • ½ t sea salt
  • 1 t thyme
  • 1 t sage

Herbs

  • 1 t basil
  • 1 t parsley
  • ½ t oregano
  • ¼ t pepper

Cheese

  • cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Everything Bagel

  • ¼ cup everything bagel seasoning

Lemon Poppyseed

  • 1 lemon's zest
  • 1 T poppyseeds

Cinnamon Sugar

  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • ½ t cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325° F.
  • Grease either a cast iron pan or a bundt pan. If you don't have either, any deep baking pan will work!
  • Open your packages of biscuits and split them in half, giving you 40 pieces of dough. Roll them up into balls.
  • In separate bowls, create your mixtures that you are going to roll your balls in.
  • Melt your butter.
  • Roll your dough ball in the butter and then into whatever mixture you're using that time. Place it into your pan.
  • Repeat the previous step with all of your dough balls, making sure to alternate flavors in the pan!
  • Bake for 27-30 minutes, or until golden.
