Lamb Feta Burger + Greek Fries

Everything in this world you love, piled into one and served in a burger and on some fries. Ground lamb peppered with fresh Greek ingredients served with a side of fries to match.

Lamb Feta Burger
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 4-6 oz. feta cheese crumbled
- ½ t salt
- ½ t pepper
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 T oregano
- 1 T dill
- juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
Greek Fries
- 1 bag fries of your choice or you can homemake them!
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T dill
- ½ T salt
- ½ T smoked paprika
- ½ T oregano
- 4 oz. feta cheese
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
Other
- brioche buns or bun of your choice
- tzatiki
- 1 cucumber sliced into rounds
- 1 red onion sliced into rounds
- arugula
Lamb Feta Burger
Combine the ground lamb, feta cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, dill, lemon juice, and parsley.
Shape into hamburger patties.
Cook lamb burgers on the grill, cast iron, or in a pan on medium/high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
To assemble, spread a layer of tzatziki on the top of the bottom bun. Then add the cucumbers and red onion. Top with the cooked lamb burger. Add arugula and the top bun.
Greek Fries
Cook fries according to the directions on the package.
Season with garlic powder, dill, salt, smoked paprika, and oregano.
Top with the crumbled feta cheese and parsley.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon over top.
Serve with tzatziki.
