Alcohol Infused Whipped Cream

Alcoholic whipped cream for your ice cream, coffee, pie...anything!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4-5 T powdered sugar
  • 2-3 T alcohol of choice I prefer Bourbon
  • t sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Whip together your heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Add your alcohol and sea salt and fold it in until combined.
  • Keep whipping it until it is the consistency of whipped cream.

Notes

Add the sugar and alcohol to taste. If you want it sweeter, do all 5 tablespoons of sugar. If you want it less boozy, add less of the alcohol!
