Kitchen Sink Cookie Skillet

It’s time for Spring cleaning and that also means cleaning out our pantries, right? And instead of throwing things away, we’re putting those things into a cookie, right? This cookie pretty much encases everything that’s good in the world – Poppy Handcrafted Popcorn, pretzels, M & M’s, and white chocolate chips. This is a perfect way to end your Easter brunch or the perfect way to literally end any day. This skillet, one spoon, bad reality TV, and you.

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter room temperature
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1-2 cups Poppy Handcrafted Popcorn Spring Confetti

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until well combined.
  • Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and popcorn.
  • Grease an oven-safe skillet with butter. I used a 9-inch cast iron and had some left over. I would just use whatever size you have on hand, but I wouldn't go over 10 inches.
  • Add all of the dough into the skillet and spread it so it covers the entirety of the skillet evenly.
  • Bake for 25-27 minutes, or until cooked all of the way through.
